  "message": "gma: Add `Alignment` and `Scaling` to `Pipe_Config`\n\nAllow to configure where a smaller framebuffer is placed in a bigger\nscanout picture, and if and how it should be scaled.  These settings\nare ignored for now.\n\nThese settings are somewhat similar to `Rotation`,  as they describe\nhow the framebuffer will be processed.  The program drawing into the\nframebuffer, however, doesn\u0027t have to know about the final placement\nof the picture.
