ichspi: Introduce SPI_ENGINE_PCH100 marker

Use a new SPI_ENGINE_PCH100 marker in ich9_spi_init(). Suddenly this
functions becomes more readable again.

Tested read/erase/write in `swseq' and `hwseq' modes with 7 series &
reading with ADL-P. Log output stays consistent.
