  "message": "Makefile: Add infrastructure to handle missing dependencies\n\nAdd a macro `mark_missing_dep` to gather information about missing\ndependencies for selected (default or explicit) features. If anything\nis tagged as missing, we print an error message and bail out.\n\nThis should make sure that we don\u0027t miss anything when building\nreleases. It comes with a slight inconvenience for casual builds:\nOne has to disable the affected features manually.
