  "message": "udev rules: Use `uaccess\u0027 tag instead of `plugdev\u0027 group\n\nNot all systems have a `plugdev\u0027 group.  The `uaccess\u0027 tag, however,\nseems to be the standard these days  (seems to exist for about a de-\ncade on major distros). We rename the file to have a higher priority\nby default.
