Various coding style and cosmetic changes

 - Fix coding-style, whitespace, and indentation in a few places.

 - Consistently use the same spelling ("Super I/O") everywhere.

Corresponding to flashrom svn r933.

 - Make some flashrom stdout output look a bit nicer.
