Mark Winbond W39V040FA (512 KB) as fully supported
Tested by Martin Stecklum <stecky@gmx.net> (both write and erase).
The tests were done on an MSI MS-7065 board, so that's supported now too.
Corresponding to flashrom svn r331 and coreboot v2 svn r3697.
