Fix broken board enables

Abit KN8 Ultra, agami/island aruma and IWILL DK8-HTX had no secondary
PCI IDs which complicates things.
Some google foo discovered some appropriate IDs, but they are all untested.
Let's pretend this breaks nothing.

Corresponding to flashrom svn r1568.
