Random minor flashrom fixes

 - Properly escape '-' chars in manpage.

 - Fix typo in chipset_enable.c.

 - Drop useless 'return' in chip_readn().

 - Random other whitespace or cosmetic fixes.

Corresponding to flashrom svn r636.
